Track your Rupanjali order easily. Enter your Order ID and the email address you used at checkout in the form below, then press the “Track” button. Your Order ID can be found in your order confirmation email and on your receipt.
How Order Tracking Works
Step 1 — Order Confirmation: After you place your order, our team confirms it by phone or WhatsApp. You will receive an order number — keep it safe.
Step 2 — Courier Booking: Once confirmed, your parcel is booked with our courier partner, usually the next day. You will receive an SMS from the courier on your mobile number with a tracking link.
Step 3 — Live Tracking: Use the tracking link in the courier’s SMS to see the live status and current location of your parcel at any time.
Step 4 — Delivery: The courier will call you before delivery. Please keep your phone available and check the product upon receiving it.
