Rupanjali is an online silver jewellery store based in Bogura, Bangladesh, with a showroom at Kormokar Para, Sherpur, Bogura 5840. We sell silver jewellery including earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets across Bangladesh.
Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings — this is normal for handcrafted jewellery and is not considered a defect. All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change at any time without prior notice. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only after we verify it, usually by phone or WhatsApp. We accept payments through the methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery and mobile banking. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity — in such cases, any amount already paid will be refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh through our courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules. Rupanjali is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns & Exchange
Please check your product in front of the delivery person where possible. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Refund Policy. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Limitation of Liability
